I am able to apply my expertise and experience in healthy ageing, aged care and dementia risk reduction to assist in development of products designed to enhance the lives of older adults, whether living independently or in assisted care environments.
I have a lifelong interest in food and its production and relish the opportunity to combine that interest with my professional expertise in targeting foods and products to benefit older adults.
In addition, I have more than 20 years in the aged, dementia and community care space and can assist in ensuring technologies designed to assist in this area also maximise support for the nutritional needs of the intended consumers of the innovations developed.
